The QA Team Leader is expected to:
Owner of the product quality assurance
Define the QA department working processes
Create STP’s and STD’s documents
Automation testing
Manage load and stress test
Work with development team to prioritize and solve bugs
Build and manage the QA team
Minimum of 3 years experience as a QA team leader
At least 5 years of experience in software testing
Demonstrated success building and defining complex testing environments
over 2 years of experience in Mobile application and Web testing
Proven experience in large mobile system testing (client – server)
Technical background, with experience in Android products an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hebrew)
Bachelor's degree
Highly motivated individual
Excellent communication, teamwork and learning skills
Examples and at least one sample of an effective STD and STP document done by the candidate
