I am fluent in six languages—French, Dutch, English, German, Spanish, and Hebrew. I possess a deep understanding of European culture, which allows me to effectively engage with clients

I am currently engaged in the task of assisting Israeli technology companies in their expansion into new markets in EMEA. This involves carrying out extensive research to search for new leads and subsequently qualifying them based on specific criteria. My aim is to provide comprehensive support to these companies in their pursuit of growth and success in the global market.

 

Our organization provides Customer Success Management services across the EMEA region. Our team is responsible for initiating kick-off meetings with new clients and guiding them through the onboarding process. 
We work closely with our clients to establish project timelines and ensure their adoption, retention, and satisfaction with our offerings. 
Our approach includes conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and regular health-check meetings to evaluate the progress of our clients' projects and address any concerns they may have. 
Additionally, we manage renewals and upsells to ensure that our clients continue to receive the highest quality services.
Our team is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term partnerships with our clients.

We understand how language barriers can limit communication during meetings, regardless of whether they are remote or onsite. That's why we offer our assistance in overcoming these barriers by providing language support in French, German, Dutch, English, and Hebrew. Our team of experts will ensure that language is not a hindrance to effective communication during meetings. Additionally, we also represent our customers at international trade shows, ensuring that your brand is well-represented and that potential clients can communicate with ease.

Our primary objective is to identify, qualify, and manage partner channels in order to expand the reach of our customers.
Our responsibilities include evaluating the background and expertise of possible partners as well as overseeing the partner channels to ensure that they are effectively promoting the technology companies.
